Job summary

Wise Academies is seeking a highly motivated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join its team and provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil. The role involves preparing resources, delivering a 1:1 curriculum and contributing to a safe, supportive learning environment within Croftway Academy.

The successful candidate will have GCSEs in Maths and English, plus Level 2 Early Years or be working towards it, and a commitment to safeguarding and professional development within a vibrant school community.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team of professionals. This post is a temporary position to provide 1:1 support for pupils. You will perform a key role in supporting the child's learning in numerous aspects. Some aspects include working directly with the pupil, preparing resources, delivering a 1:1 curriculum and work on areas of Passport to Learning. Croftway Academy is a friendly, happy, vibrant school located in Blyth. Our youngest children are just three years old and can learn with us all the way up to Year Six (aged 11). • Minimum requirements are grade 4 (C) in Maths and English at GCSE.
