Job summary

Winchelsea School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join the Winchelsea Team. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, with opportunities for professional development and progression.

You will work closely with teaching staff, supporting children including those with moderate learning difficulties and autism. There may be requirements to work at satellite settings or at the main site, with a fixed weekly pattern (Mon-Fri start times listed): 8.30-4.15 Mon; 8.45-3.30 Tue-Fri.

Teaching Assistant

Working closely with teaching staff, you will become an integral part of the Winchelsea Team. Previous experience of working with children, specifically those with moderate learning difficulties and autism, would be an advantage.
