Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream school in BH15, Poole, supporting pupils in a specialist SEN unit focused on SEMH, ADHD and Autism. This full-time role offers a structured environment with strong support from experienced staff to develop both classroom and behavioural management skills.

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely mainstream schools in BH15, Poole, working within their specialist unit supporting children with SEMH, ADHD and Autism.

You’ll be working alongside an experienced and supportive team, helping a small group of pupils feel safe, understood, supported and able to learn.

You’ll ideally have experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, Autism, ADHD or challenging behaviour, although we’re also interested in hearing from candidates with strong transferable experience.
