Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our full-time positions. Immediate start available with competitive PAYE rates and long-term placements across Poole and Dorset.

You will support pupils in classroom learning, provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, assist with reading, literacy, numeracy and social development, and work closely with teachers to ensure pupils access their education.

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Teaching Assistants in Poole to support pupils across welcoming and inclusive school environments.

Whether you are an experienced TA, graduate, learning support worker or have transferable experience working with children and young people, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

You could be supporting pupils with:

• Classroom learning and activities
• 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Reading, literacy and numeracy
• SEND and additional learning needs
• Positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Confidence, communication and independence
• Social and emotional development

You will work closely with teachers and wider school staff to ensure pupils receive the support they need to access their education.
