Salary: Up to £37,000 – inclusive of location uplift (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Overview

KM Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant/Teacher with Leadership and Management experience to transition into a rewarding career within the training industry supporting Apprentices.

Essential Criteria

• Management experience within a School setting, e.g., Head Teacher / Deputy Head Teacher
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant
• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Education (e.g., PGCE/CertEd/QTS)
• Minimum Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents
• Experience delivering on-the-job training is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and effective time management
• Confident, professional, and motivating
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Flexibility to travel

Responsibilities

• Deliver full Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standards L3-L5 and Operations Departmental Manager L5
• Manage caseloads, conduct remote and face-to-face observations, and gather evidence for Apprenticeships
• Efficiently manage your diary for timely reviews and completions
• Support learners through End Point Assessment
• Organise and maintain learner documentation
• Support, advise, and motivate learners
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery accordingly
• Meet KPI targets for visits, reviews, learner progression, and administrative tasks
