Ottershaw Christ Church Church of England Junior School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support general classroom activities and break times. You will work with the class teacher to meet additional learning needs and support a two-form entry school with an outstanding EYFS.

The role is term-time only (25 hours per week, 8.25am–1.25pm, Monday to Friday) with an actual salary of £14,508 for 25 hours per week, 38.6 weeks per year. Visits to the school are welcomed.

Formación

• Experience of working with young children of all abilities.
• An understanding of the Primary Curriculum.
• GCSE Maths and English (essential).
• NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years or Education (essential).
• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years or Education (preferable).

Responsabilidades

• General classroom and break time support.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher to meet the needs of specific children with additional learning needs.
