Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in the classroom and off site in the community.
• Assist the teacher to plan learning activities.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with staff and learners.
• Encourage and motivate students to learn and develop.
• Communicate clearly to explain instructions.
• Support students in small group and 1-2-1 settings.
• Enable students to participate in learning activities, addressing specific difficulties.
• Produce accurate and prompt written reports/records.
