Job summary

Education Matters is recruiting a Teaching Assistant in Richmond for a September 2026 start. This full-time, long-term role offers daily pay of £90-£100 and requires a proactive attitude and commitment to pupil wellbeing in a welcoming primary school.

You will support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, work with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help prepare learning materials while promoting safeguarding throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
