Job summary

Lingwood Primary Academy, part of Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Base, supporting children with Communication and Interaction needs. You will work under supervision to aid teaching and learning and help with personal and social development.

The post offers professional development opportunities within a friendly school and a supportive leadership team.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the teacher to provide support for teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with school policies and procedures. This may include providing general support for whole class learning activities, or supporting individuals or small groups of pupils. To attend to the personal and social needs of pupils in order to support their learning and development.
