Qualifications

• Experience as Teaching Assistant preferred, but training will be provided.
• Strong Maths and English GCSEs are desirable.
• Professional approach and ability to work with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist students to learn effectively in groups, small groups, or 1:1.
• Establish positive relationships with students and support inclusion.
• Champion the inclusion of students with special needs.
• Support students in building self-esteem and independence.
• Follow strategies in EHCPs and One Plans for identified students.
• Provide feedback to staff on student progress and difficulties.
