Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the SEN department at a mainstream secondary school in Lancaster. You will support students with additional needs and help them reach their potential.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, assisting with academic, social and emotional development, and working closely with teachers to implement individual strategies. Start date ASAP; contract until Christmas.
