Join Our Supportive Educational Team as a Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an empathetic and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join our award-winning team. The school supports approximately 25 pupils with moderate to severe SEN, including Autism, communication difficulties, and complex behavioral challenges. It offers excellent facilities and a commitment to tailored, inclusive education.

Role Details:

• Support learners with complex needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in an SEN or care setting (preferable)
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided)
• Maths and English GCSE grade C or equivalent
• DBS on the update service (desirable)
