Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with challenging behaviours, SEMH and additional needs across specialist schools in North Liverpool. Roles include full-time, long-term and day-to-day opportunities with immediate starts.

You don’t necessarily need formal qualifications; hands-on experience is valued. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, de-escalation strategies, and working within alternative provisions to help

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
• Experience working with Autism and ADHD.
• Ability to provide 1:1 and small-group support.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is confident supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH and additional needs?

We are currently recruiting experienced TAs for a number of specialist schools and alternative provisions across North Liverpool, with both short- and long-term opportunities available.

We're particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience supporting pupils with:

• SEMH and behavioural needs
• Challenging or dysregulated behaviour
• Autism and ADHD
• Emotional and social difficulties
• De-escalation and behaviour management
• 1:1 and small-group support
• Working within specialist or alternative provision settings

You don't necessarily need a formal qualification - relevant hands-on experience is what matters.
