Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a secondary school in the Peterlee area. You will work with students inside and outside of lessons to foster engagement and a positive learning environment.

Role involves assisting teachers, supporting groups or individuals, and helping pupils develop confidence. DBS checks and safeguarding training are part of the process.

Teaching Assistant - Secondary School

Peterlee Area

Full-Time | 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in the Peterlee area. This role involves supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom, helping them to engage with learning and achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality support and help create a positive learning environment for all pupils.
