Empowering Learning Ltd. is currently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in Redbridge. The role is long-term and full-time, starting ASAP.

Candidates must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday; part-time applicants will not be considered. Ideally, a valid DBS is preferred, but we can assist in processing one if needed. Teaching Assistant

Empowering Learning is currently looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school based in Redbridge. The role is a long-term, full-time position starting as soon as possible.

Candidates must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday. Part-time applicants will not be considered.

Ideally, we're looking for candidates with a valid DBS; however, we can assist in processing one should you not have a certificate.

Teaching Assistant - Requirements

• A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team, showing commitment to the school community.
• The ability to support pupils with specific learning difficulties and an understanding of special educational needs, including ASD.
• Recent experience, skills or knowledge of supporting pupils in a school setting would be an advantage.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 to 16:00.

Teaching Assistant Job Requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK
• Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure or overseas police clearances, if applicable
• Experience supporting young people, ideally in a secondary school setting
• Commitment to a full-time, long-term position; part-time availability cannot be accommodated
