This is a challenging yet rewarding role, ideal for candidates who are experienced in working with young people from diverse background.
As a Teaching Assistant in this role, you will be working with young people who have challenging behaviour, who have been excluded from mainstream school. You will be helping them to manage their emotions and behaviour and encouraging positive engagement in learning.
