Job summary

Penk Valley Academy Trust, Princefield First School, invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated support team. The role involves working under supervision to support teaching staff and help learners access engaging activities.

You will give assistance under the direction of the SENCO and class teachers, contributing to a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to achieve their potential. This is a term-time position with regular school hours.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team of highly professional support staff at Princefield First School. You will be required to work, under guidance of the SENCO and class teachers to provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who requires help to overcome barriers to learning.

The role is linked to funding, working Monday - Friday 8.45am - 3.45pm, you will be supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons. The position is ongoing until the end of the academic year, offering an excellent chance to develop your skills and build lasting relationships within a supportive school community.
