Job summary

Pyrland School in Taunton, Somerset, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff and learners. You’ll assist with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons, prepare resources, and provide pastoral support to pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience of class supervision to achieve positive learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons (whole-class and individual).
• Prepare resources to support learning activities.
• Provide pastoral support to pupils and monitor progress.
• Contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
