Job summary

Lavender Lodge School in South London is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and related needs. You will help learners engage in lessons, develop abilities and raise self-esteem in a supportive environment.

Job description

Up to Pro-rata salary of £18,745.19 (22 hours/week) Full hours salary £31,527 (37 hours/week)

Please note: Expected days to work would be Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

You’ll be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The school meets the needs of pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues and associated behavioural difficulties.
