Job summary

North Shore Academy in Stockton on Tees is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support interventions with students who require additional mentoring to achieve GCSE. You will work with small groups and individuals across Key Stage 3 and 4 under the direction of a class teacher/SENDco.

This permanent role is 35 hours per week over 39 weeks (45.942 paid weeks). SCP 10–12 (£28,608–£29,542 FTE) with pro rata salaries of £23,908.94–£24,689.53. The Trust offers development and safeguarding commitments.

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
