Job summary

Denton Community Academy in Denton is seeking a Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2028. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) across 39 teaching weeks, with 45.942 paid weeks and a pro rata salary aligned to Grade 4 SCP 10-12 (£23,145–£23,901).

Salary Range: Grade 4, SCP 10-12, FTE salary £27,694.00 - £28,598.00, pro rata salary £23,145.00 - £23,901.00

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment

Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
