Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary pupils across EYFS to KS2 in Mitcham (CR4). Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term placements with 1:1 and small-group support, assisting class teachers, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children in schools or related settings, be caring and patient with strong communication skills, and be willing to obtain or hold an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children, either in schools, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or similar settings
• Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic
• Has strong communication skills
• Can adapt confidently to different school environments
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
