Job summary

Outwood Academy Ormesby is seeking a Teaching Assistant for maternity cover with an ASAP start. You will work with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.

The role is 32.5 hours per week, 8:15am–3:15pm, Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 days. It is a temporary post ending on the return of the substantive post holder.

Qualifications

• Provide academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.
• Assist with intervention management for SEND and EAL students.
• Contribute to developing individualized student support plans.
