Job summary

Wilden All Saints CE Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA2) to support learning in class, small groups, and one-to-one sessions. The role may include additional responsibility as Lunchtime Supervisor, ensuring a safe and engaging lunchtime environment for pupils.

The post requires experience with children in schools and an understanding of special educational needs, along with a commitment to our values and professional development within a supportive Trust network.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with children in schools.
• Understanding of children with special educational needs (SEN).

Responsibilities

• Support children in the classroom, in small groups, and individually.
• Lead, supervise and engage pupils during lunchtimes to ensure a safe, positive dining and play environment.
• Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing and support colleagues in teaching and learning.
