St Augustine's CE Primary School in Manchester is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to support children with diverse needs and promote inclusive practice. You will help during lunchtime, foster independence and support communication, cognition, and personal care. A patient, adaptable, and team-focused approach is essential.

Hours: 32.5 per week, term time plus 5 INSET days. References and an enhanced DBS check are required for appointment.

We are excited to welcome a dedicated and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) who is committed to making a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of young children at St Augustine's School.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, consistent, and patient, with a strong understanding of how to support pupils with a wide range of needs. These may include communication and language differences, cognitive and learning difficulties, personal care requirements, and medical needs. A key part of this role will involve supporting children with complex needs during lunchtime, promoting independence and nurturing positive social interaction.

6. ASD, ADHD and/or global developmental delay
