St David's Prep in West Wickham, Kent is seeking a friendly and caring Teaching Assistant/Level 3 Early Years Assistant to join our team. The role supports children aged 3–11 and requires a Level 3 in Early Years Education.

This fixed-term, full-time position is based in our Early Years setting and offers term-time hours with additional holiday cover. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, support pupil achievement and contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment

Qualifications

• High standards for children's achievement, behaviour and well-being.
• Good communication with pupils and adults within school.
• Ability to work with children aged 3–11.
• Must have at least Level 3 in Early Years Education.
