Job description

Grade: 4-5

Salary: £19,400-£22,795

Term: Full-time, Term-time

Type: Support

Hours: 37.5

TA3 Role: 32.5 hours per week with the addition of Lunchtime Organiser – 5 hours per week

Required to start: 25 February 2025

Permanent

Pattern of Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Term Time Only

Salary – TA3:

Grade 4; pt 7-11, currently £25,584 to £27,269 FTE (Actual Salary £19,400 to £20,678)

Grade 5; pt 12-17, currently £27,711 to £30,060 FTE (Actual Salary £21,013 to £22,795)

Salary – Lunchtime Organiser:

Grade 1; pt 3, currently £24,027 FTE (Actual Salary £2,738.46)

The Watergrove Trust is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust, situated in the West Pennine area, where community and faith schools work in partnership to serve our diverse local area. The schools share the same drive and determination to promote the best possible academic standards, whilst developing children of unique character, preparing them well for their lives ahead.

After expanding in March 2023, the Trust has eight member schools:

  • Wardle Academy, Matthew Moss High School and Falinge Park High School (Secondary)
  • Kentmere Academy, St. James’ CE Primary School, St. Andrew’s C of E Primary School, Moorhouse Academy and Sandbrook Community Primary School (Primary)
