Job summary

Elderbrook School, part of Kedleston Group, is seeking two experienced Teaching Assistants (Level 3) to join our brand new primary provision. The positions start in Summer Term 2027, offering a unique chance to help build an inclusive, high-quality learning environment from the ground up.

You will support teachers in KS1/KS2, deliver bespoke interventions, and contribute to a positive, collaborative school community that values every child’s growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN children in an educational setting.
• Passion for education and helping students thrive.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Opened in 2015, Elderbrook School, (formally, Arc School Old Arley) is an independent special day school situated within a rural village near Nuneaton, affording children and young people the opportunity to take part in a range of activities within the local community. The spacious school environment is bright and welcoming with a variety of different learning spaces inside and outside

Our school has a particular focus on taking learning outside the classroom into the grounds and community beyond and working in partnership with other organisations to enrich opportunities for children and young people.
