Job summary

Bluebell Park School is seeking a compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs, including PMLD, ASC, and SLD. You will work with teachers to support learning in class, small groups and 1:1, delivering targeted interventions to help pupils develop life skills for the future.

The role requires experience with SEN, patience, resilience and strong teamwork, plus good communication and behaviour management.

• Salary: £29,542 - £32,046 pro rata, per annum Plus SEN Allowance of £1,590 pro rata, per annum
• Contract: Permanent
• Working Pattern: Part Time/Term Time
• Hours: 32.5 hours per week. 46 weeks term time only.

Bluebell Park School is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), speech and communication needs, sensory needs, and behavioural challenges.

You will work closely with teachers to support learning in class, small groups, and 1:1. You will deliver targeted interventions and support pupils to develop life skills and prepare them for life beyond Bluebell Park.
