Required as soon as possible, we are seeking a highly motivated and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school community and support teaching and learning across the school.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, caring and dedicated to helping all pupils achieve their potential. You will work closely with teachers and other members of the support team to provide effective support for pupils, both within the classroom and across the wider school environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people and who can build positive, respectful relationships with pupils. The successful candidate will have a positive and patient approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be committed to promoting inclusion and ensuring that all pupils are supported to engage positively in their learning.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment. You may work with individual pupils or small groups, supporting learning activities, encouraging independence and helping pupils to develop their confidence, skills and resilience.
