Job summary

Delta Wellbeing Ltd invites applications for Level 3 Teaching Assistants at CSTLC, in Carmarthen and Burry Port. We are seeking to employ Level 3 Teaching Assistants at CSTLC, educating secondary aged pupils who demonstrate social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The person will provide emotional wellbeing support in addressing the needs of pupils who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant the post will also involve supervising 1:1 pupils where required alongside small groups of pupils to deliver academic support, pastoral support and guiding wellbeing programmes to pupils excluded from, or not otherwise working to, a mainstream school timetable.

A basic knowledge of Welsh is required for this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
