Job summary

Delta Academies Trust in Doncaster is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join Serlby Park Academy on a permanent, part-time basis. You will work under the guidance of teachers to support learning and class management, helping pupils access the curriculum in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in a school setting is desirable.
• Ability to work under the guidance of teaching staff to support learning and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Work under the instruction/guidance of teaching staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
• Carry out work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area as required.
