Job summary

Victoria Academies Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to provide small group and 1:1 support in KS1 at Foley Park Primary Academy. The role is 27.5 hours, term-time only, with a permanent contract and a pro-rata salary in NJC bands.

Applicants should hold a Level 2 TA/EYFS qualification, be flexible, and work well with colleagues and teachers to support children's development and safeguarding.

Hours: 27.5 hours (term-time only over 5 days)
Contract: Permanent
Required to Start: 1st January 2027
TA Level 2 post (SCALE 5 -6)
Salary: £26,427 - £26,847 (Fulltime equivalent – post will be pro-rata)
Pro-rata: NJC05: £16,797/NJC06: £17,064

• Hold a relevant Level 2 TA/EYFS qualification
