About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant in Wirral, your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery on both a whole-class and individual basis. Key Duties

Essential Requirements

• A Level 2 (or above) qualification in Teaching Assistance or willingness to undertake this on appointment
• Proven experience in supporting high-quality early years education, particularly in phonics and mastery-based maths
• Good understanding of early years development and educational frameworks
• Strong commitment to inclusion and SEND support
• Ability to develop positive relationships and work effectively within a team
• Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
