Job summary

Laceby Stanford Primary Academy are seeking an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team in Grimsby. The role supports high quality teaching and learning, delivering 1:1 and group activities, following plans and inspiring our pupils to reach their potential.

We value flexibility, energy and excellent communication, with strong subject knowledge in English and Maths to GCSE level a key requirement. DBS checks and safeguarding are standard practice.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced class-based Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
• Able to engage and challenge all learners.
• Deliver 1:1 and group teaching following plans.
• GCSE English and Maths knowledge to at least grade C.
• Flexible, energetic and well-organised.

Laceby Stanford Primary Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team. We are therefore seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant who will support the delivery of high quality teaching and learning and who will inspire our children to achieve their full potential. Working Hours: 8:30am - 3.20pm, Mon-Fri, Term Time Only plus 5 days.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced class based Level 2 Teaching Assistant who:

• Is an outstanding, experienced Teaching Assistant
• Is dynamic and creative in order to be able to engage, inspire and challenge all learners
• Has very high expectations of what can be achieved by delivering consistently high quality learning opportunities
• Has energy, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
• Is highly organised and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Has the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
• Is able to follow plans and deliver 1:1 and group teaching
• Has a willingness to learn and develop existing skills
• Can demonstrate a secure subject knowledge in English and Mathematics to GCSE level to at least grade C
