Job summary

The Elms in England is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant - Level 1 for maternity cover to 31.10.27. You will support pupils in and out of the classroom, under the guidance of teaching staff, helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The role is term-time only plus 5 days, 32.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, teamwork and safeguarding commitment, and will build positive relationships with pupils, staff

About the Role

You will play an important role in building positive relationships with pupils, supporting their individual needs, and helping to ensure they feel safe, valued and encouraged to succeed.
