Job summary

Broadoak Academy, Weston-super-Mare, is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging with learning. You will work with teachers to deliver planned activities and adapt support for individual needs, helping students achieve potential and wellbeing.

The role emphasises inclusive practice, positive behaviour support, and collaboration across the academy to foster a safe, encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of classroom roles and how TA supports learning.

• Willingness to undertake relevant training and qualifications; e.g. Level 2/3 ST&L, First Aid.
