Are you a patient and encouraging Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping young people build confidence and stay engaged with their learning?
Premier Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Bolton for a Teaching Assistant to provide support to a neurodiverse pupil in KS3.
This is not a challenging behaviour role. The pupil is well behaved but benefits from having someone alongside them to provide reassurance, encouragement and gentle prompts to stay focused, complete their work and get the most from their lessons.
The school will also provide lunch every day for the successful candidate.
This would particularly suit someone who is warm, positive and motivating and understands how to encourage a young person without doing the work for them.
You’ll be joining a supportive school with engaged pupils and experienced staff, with the opportunity to make a real difference to one pupil’s confidence, independence and engagement with learning.
If you’re looking for a rewarding, consistent Teaching Assistant role in Bolton, we’d love to hear from you.
