The Role
We are seeking a committed and passionate Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive school from September 2025:

  • 2 full days and 2 mornings (8.30am – 1.15pm), supporting children across Key Stage 1/2.

Both roles involve working closely with class teachers to support learning and development, ensuring all children feel included, encouraged, and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted support to groups and individual children, including those with additional needs.
  • Work alongside the class teacher to support high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Assist with the preparation of learning activities and resources.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and personal development in line with our school values.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and activities.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times.

About You
We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Are patient, positive, and nurturing in their approach.
  • Have experience working with young children, preferably within a school setting.
  • Are committed to our Christian ethos and inclusive school values.
