Learning Support Assistant

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric Learning Support Assistants to provide exceptional support to our Further Education students with declared needs. The role works closely alongside students to support their day-to-day learning, in class and out of class, helping to remove any barriers they may face accessing learning and participation.
The Learning Support Assistant's purpose is to ensure all students across the EFI Group make excellent progress both academically and with their social and emotional development. The role will report into the Education for Industry Group division, however will either be based at the Fashion Retail Academy or London College of Beauty Therapy.
