About the role

Teaching Assistants (TAs) will supplement academic lectures through group teaching (such as seminars and workshops) and related duties for students in the School of Management. Duties may include marking coursework and exams.

The post holder will report to the module leader, with the appointment available from 22nd September to 30th June.

About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following criteria:

  • Master’s level education or equivalent qualifications/experience in a Management-related field relevant to the modules.
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of entrepreneurial principles.
  • Experience with prototyping techniques and tools used in product development.
  • Familiarity with startup challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, email, and internet.
  • Willingness to provide dedicated office hours for student support.
  • Previous teaching or public presentation experience.
  • Relevant industry experience.
