Academics are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant for a full time position, based in a Primary School in Newport starting after Easter.

As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will:

1. Support the classroom Teacher to facilitate an engaging learning environment for all students
2. Assist the Teacher with lesson planning and preparation
3. Provide support to students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
4. Support students with their social, emotional and academic development

Primary Teaching Assistant Requirements

1. Prior experience working with children in a school or academic setting

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents

5. Right to work in the UK
