About the Role

TeacherActive is recruiting for a Primary school in the Newport area that values inclusion and aims to support all pupils to reach their full potential in a safe and engaging environment.

This position involves working 1-on-1 with pupils with SEN, requiring empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking. It is a temporary, long-term role with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Salary

The daily rate ranges from £75 to £85.

Candidate Requirements

• Genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate staff
• Assist with classroom preparation and management
• Listen to and understand pupils’ individual needs
• Resilience and ability to differentiate instruction
• Previous experience working with SEN pupils is essential
