Birdwell Primary School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning across the class and smaller groups. You will help pupils access the curriculum, deliver targeted interventions and promote independence within an inclusive, well‑managed environment.

You will work under the class teacher, assisting with planning, assessment and feedback while monitoring progress and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND.
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve progress.
• Work with teachers on planning and assessment.

Responsabilités

• Provide structured support to individuals and small groups.
• Assist with planning, assessment and feedback alongside the class teacher.
• Help monitor pupil progress and maintain an inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to a positive, well-managed classroom and safeguarding culture.
