Teaching Assistant

Are you looking for a role as a Teaching Assistant based in Tower Hamlets? Protocol is hiring ASAP!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Contract Type: Full Time ONLY

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with class teachers to assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Collect and return student work at the conclusion of each lesson to the appropriate recipient.
• Work 1 to 1 with children in needs
• Help with small group interventions; maths, literacy etc.
• Help with day to day tasks
• Make connections with students and help them feel succesfull in their learning

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children is essential.

• A positive and impactful character in the classroom, with a genuine passion for working with young people.

• Excellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and reading comprehension.

• Proven track record of positively impacting the lives of children, with experience in any field.
