Job summary

Ripplevale School Rochester is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our thriving independent special school. This role involves working 1-2-1 with students aged 6 to 25, supporting lesson delivery and helping create an inclusive learning environment.

Hours:Full time, permanent, term time only. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am to 4.00pm Tuesday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Friday 8.30am to 1.30pm

Salary:FTE £22,222 (Actual Salary £17,778)

As part of the Ripplevale family of schools, we provide a holistic, child centred approach to meeting the needs of our students, most of whom have an Education and Health Care Plan. Identified needs may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, dyslexia, speech, language and communication difficulties, DCD, sensory, and high levels of anxiety.
