Teaching Personnel Swansea is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in the Upper Swansea area. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a competitive daily rate of £92.63.

As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils in the classroom, assist with ALN, and help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You’ll work closely with colleagues and our dedicated consultant to access CPD and training courses

• Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, patient, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to adapt to different school settings.
