Job summary

Beaumont School is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant (TA) for the Learning Support department in Greater London. This full-time position (30 hours/week) or part-time (3 full days minimum) welcomes applications.

You will support lessons and enrichment activities, with prior SEN mentoring experience valued and training provided where needed. Experience moving/handling PNI pupils and assisting with personal care would be advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or mentoring SEN students is advantageous.
• Experience in moving/handling Physically/Neurologically Impaired students is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching support and assistance in lessons.
• Assist in curriculum enrichment activities.
• Support pupils in SEN contexts as needed.
