Beaumont School in St Albans is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join the Learning Support department. The role supports lessons and enrichment activities; prior SEN experience is preferred. Training will be provided for moving/handling PNI and personal care responsibilities.

TAs provide teaching support and assistance in lessons and during curriculum enrichment activities and so prior experience in supporting or mentoring SEN students would be an advantage.
Experience in moving / handling PNI (Physically/Neurologically Impaired) students, as well as assisting in their personal care, would also be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided, where necessary.
