Food Technology Teaching Assistant – Ipswich

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Food Technology teacher to start as soon as possible near Bury St Edmund’s. This is a long-term, full-time position.

About the school and contract:

• Seeking a Food Technology Teacher to start ASAP in a secondary school.
• Focus on teaching KS3 and KS4 students.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply.
• Full-time (5 days a week) role including planning and marking.

About the successful Food Technology Teacher:

• Previous experience working in food tech preferred.
• Hold a relevant degree related to Food Technology.
• UK teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and innovative with the ability to engage students effectively.

Contract details:

• Type of work – Food Technology teaching in a secondary school
• Contract type – Permanent
• Duration – Permanent
• Pay rate – £88 – £120 per day
